The History of Stoned Pizza goes like this. I have always wanted to open a wood fired pizza
restaurant but did not want to have to rob a bank or borrow from one. I did some research,
and saved my money with plans on building a mobile wood fired oven. My first step was
purchasing plans and directions  from Ebay on how to  build a wood fired oven brick for brick.
Then I came across a  heavy duty dual axle trailer in front of a barn with 3ft of grass growing
around it and proceeded to build a wood fired oven on it.
While discussing my ideas with my mother, she informed me that her company had pallets of
industrial fire bricks used to make huge furnaces that fire at 2000 degrees Celsius ( my pizza
oven fires at 500 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit ). The bricks were used to create the firing
chamber. Which was encased in layers of insulating mortar and concrete with rebar woven
throughout for structural support. The oven was then finished in heavy gage sheet metal.
A year later I created this monster on wheels, equipped with hand sink and a three
compartment sink to ensure clean and safe cooking.   The trailer is also equipped with a 6ft
three door prep cooler to store dough and toppings , a fold down table for prepping and
serving, and a fold down dough tossing platform. I have passed a health inspection and have
obtained a mobile food concessions license.
